England 1986 Third Retro Football shirt

England's designated Third shirt was not worn during Mexico'86 but England wore the sky blue shorts and sky blue socks when Estadio Azteca was filled with 114,580 spectators for England's Mexico'86 World Cup Quarter Final versus Argentina (1-2). In four second-half minutes, first by 'The Hand of God' and then with 'The Goal of the Century' Argentina Captain Diego Maradona scored two of the most famous goals in World Cup history. England substitute John Barnes terrorised the Argentina defence when introduced, making a goal, and delivering the Mexico '86 Golden Boot for Gary Lineker, almost conjuring a Lineker equaliser but, nothing was going to stop the greatest player on the planet Diego Armando Maradona from realising his footballing destiny at Mexico '86.
