England 1970 Third No6 Retro Football Shirt
England wore the sky blue Third shirt as Sir Alf Ramsey made changes to his team for the last Mexico '70 Group C game at Estadio Jalisco in Guadalajara. Brian Labone, Alan Ball, Francis Lee, and Geoff Hurst were rested. In came Jack Charlton, Colin Bell, Allan Clarke, and Jeff Astle in a victory versus Czechoslovakia (1-0). England debutant Allan Clarke scored the only goal from the penalty spot to ensure qualification for a Quarter Finals game versus West Germany to be played in the midday heat at altitude in Estadio Léon. As worn by England captain Bobby Moore with hand-sewn No.6.
