For all trade deliveries we use DHL whether you are located in the UK or Europe.

All consignments are fully trackable at the DHL website.

The Delivery charge is £20.00 for all UK orders up to £1,000. The delivery charge is free on all UK orders over £1,000.

Returns Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please return it within 14 days of receipt and in saleable condition for a refund or like-for-like exchange.

Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from, if you have purchased from a Score Draw retail partner then they will arrange your return or exchange.

If on receipt of your product, you are uncertain about your purchase please keep your product in the original packaging until you have decided whether or not you wish to keep it. All returns should be in ‘as new’ condition, both unwashed and unworn.

When returning items to, please ensure the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit.

Faulty Goods

Score Draw strives to produce the most authentic and hard wearing football attire possible and stand behind the quality of the products it produces. Although from time-to-time manufacturing faults can and do occur. If you think your product has suffered a manufacturing fault please contact us via email on

Items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered faulty. Any product that has been of damaged as a result of bleaching or not washed according to the supplied washing instructions will also not be deemed as faulty. Returned items that have been worn should be laundered before return, receipt of unwashed garments may result in your product being returned to sender.

How to Make a Return

To make a return please package your item(s) securely along with the delivery note, please remember to note down the reason you are returning the item.

Then attach the returns label on the outside of the parcel which is located at the bottom of the delivery note

Lastly drop the parcel off at your local Post Office, please remember to keep hold of your tracking receipt until we have contacted you regarding a refund or replacement.
